These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Transifly website or request freight forwarding, DDP shipping, sea freight, air freight, Amazon FBA prep, warehousing, sourcing, customs coordination or related logistics services.
Quotes are prepared based on the information you provide, including cargo type, weight, volume, dimensions, origin, destination, Incoterms, delivery requirements and timeline. A quote is not final until Transifly confirms it in writing. Freight rates, fuel charges, duties, taxes, port fees, customs inspection fees, storage fees and delivery costs may change due to carrier updates, route conditions, cargo details or government requirements.
Transit times are estimates only. Delays may occur because of customs inspection, port congestion, weather, carrier schedule changes, documentation issues, supplier delays, incorrect cargo information, holidays, strikes, force majeure events or other conditions outside Transifly’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, declared value, quantities, dimensions, weights, supplier details, pickup and delivery addresses, invoices, packing lists, product information and any documents required for export, import, customs clearance or delivery. Extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or delayed information may be charged to the customer.
Customers must not ship prohibited, restricted, dangerous, counterfeit, illegal or undeclared goods. Some products require special documents, licenses, testing, labeling or approval before they can be accepted. Transifly may refuse, pause or cancel service for cargo that cannot be safely, legally or properly handled.
Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees and regulatory charges are determined by customs authorities and are not guaranteed by Transifly. For DDP shipments, quoted duty-paid service depends on accurate product information and customs requirements. If customs authorities reassess duties, request documents, inspect goods or apply additional charges, the customer may be responsible for related costs unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Transifly may work with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, trucking companies, airlines, shipping lines, delivery agents and other service partners to complete logistics services. Liability for loss, damage or delay may be limited by carrier terms, international transport rules, insurance coverage and the specific written agreement for the shipment.
Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless confirmed in writing. Customers should request insurance before shipment if coverage is required.
Transifly is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, marketplace penalties, storage penalties, customs penalties, missed sales, delivery appointment failure or other consequential losses unless otherwise required by law or confirmed in a written agreement.
By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable document, payment and cargo handling requirements.
